Calling all Vendors, Designers, and Minions!

This year we have enabled a system to manage event submissions, vendor space requests, and even implemented a point system so minions can earn convention perks.

Academic Submissions

We are also looking for paper submissions for the academic section of our program. You can read the guidelines for submissions in the ‘Academic Submissions’ under the Submissions option.

Vendors & Artists

Those who wish to obtain a table to sell their wares, or show off their skill, are considered vendors at Wyrd Con. This coming year we will place the vendor space in the same room as registration and in the center of the convention space, ensuring greater foot traffic overall. In addition the vendor space is open to the general public.

Vendor space is offered on a first come, first served basis. All you need to do is fill out the Vendor Submission form and someone will be back to you as soon as possible to get you set up. If you have questions simple email us using the contact form on this website.

Designers

Designers are those who operate Panels or Live Action Events at the Convention

Submitting an event is even easier. No emails to send just fill out a Designer form for each event submitted and we’ll follow up with you directly.

Minions

Minions are those who assist Designers and in making the convention grow. Everyone can be a Minion. This year we have implemented a points system for people to obtain badges, and even crash space in a hotel room. Posting a blog or placing flyers at around town is a surefire way to earn credit towards a convention badge. In this way even if money is tight, with enough effort you can get yourself a badge to the convention.
